Apricot Shrub Gin Spritz
Ingredients
- ¾ oz/22ml floral gin
- ¾ oz/22ml Lillet blanc
- ¾ oz/22ml Apricot Lavender Sage Shrub
- ½ oz/15ml lime juice
- 2 oz/60ml soda water
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: sage leaf
Instructions
- Shake gin, Lillet, shrub, and lime juice with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water. Lightly crush sage leaf and rub along edge of glass.
