Chickpeas with Egg, Grapes, and Tomatoes

c/85g cooked and drained chickpeas
cold or room temperature

c/85g cherry tomatoes
grape or pear tomatoes also work, halved
1/3
c/60g red grapes
halved

hard-boiled egg
sliced
½
tbsp
olive oil
¼ - ½
tsp
salt

tsp
fresh thyme
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss all ingredients thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to taste.
