Apricot Shrub Gin Spritz

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz/22ml floral gin
  • ¾ oz/22ml Lillet blanc
  • ¾ oz/22ml Apricot Lavender Sage Shrub
  • ½ oz/15ml lime juice
  • 2 oz/60ml soda water

Glass: Rocks

    Garnish: sage leaf

      Instructions

      • Shake gin, Lillet, shrub, and lime juice with ice.
      • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
      • Top with soda water. Lightly crush sage leaf and rub along edge of glass.
